Cheese & Bacon rolls using two ingredient dough - Eating with Hunter

This blog post is a quick one for parents on the run! 

I cooked up a storm last Wednesday, and using my 2 ingredient dough recipe, I made cheese & bacon rolls to pop in the lunch boxes for the rest of the week!

After making the dough earlier in the day, I separated it into three pieces, I topped it with bacon pieces and grated cheese, and popped them into the oven for about 45 minutes. However, if I was making them again, I’d definitely do them in the air fryer, and make them more into a ball shape. These kind of turned out like bacon & cheese pizzas, but they still tasted amazing.

Great for popping in the kids lunchboxes, or for an afternoon snack whilst dinner is cooking!
