Easy & Versatile Two Ingredient Dough

Welcome back to Eating with Hunter! This first “foodie” post is about 2 ingredient dough that’s easy to make, and super versatile! I got the recipe from my mum friend in Melbourne, Cook with Wenty (formerly Feeding Benny) - she’s on a variety of platforms, with over 50k followers on Instagram alone - check her out!

All you need self raising flour and Greek yoghurt, using even amounts of each and mixing it together until it forms a dough.

It’s a great recipe for making pizza bases, scones, bagels, scrolls, and more. All of these are fab for putting in the kids’ lunchboxes for school too, if they last that long!

It’s super quick and easy to throw together, and it’s also a great way to use up the Greek yoghurt in the fridge. I know we buy it in our shop with good intentions, and more often than not, it gets pushed to the back and forgotten about until it’s out of date.

For the scones, I either eat them plain, or top them with whipped cream (from the can) and fresh strawberries. For the bagels, I like to top them with bagel seasoning prior to cooking, and then you can slice them in half once done and prep how you like. Pizza topping combinations are endless, and you can’t go wrong by having this dough as your base - it’s a winner in our house.

Let us know in the comments when you’ve tried it!
