No sugar spiced pumpkin donuts - Eating with Hunter

If you’re a fan of pumpkin spice all year round, these ones are for you… and the little ones too, of course… These donuts were super delicious, and I’ll definitely have to make them again! I served them up with date syrup drizzled over the top, and a couple of medjool dates. 

Here’s the recipe so you can make your own at home:

- 3 tablespoons of self raising flour

- A handful of roasted pumpkin

- 2 tablespoons of ricotta cheese 

- 1 egg

- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

- 1 tablespoon of turmeric 

- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds

Combine mixture with hand blender and spoon into silicone donut mould.

Put into air fryer for 15 mins at 180 degrees.

Once cooked, pop donuts out of the mould, leave on a cooling rack until you’re ready to serve - enjoy!
